Ligne Roset presents the steel wire bookcase designed by Pierre Paulin in 1972. An ultraminimal, elegant combination of black lacquered-steel wireframe and 8 mm thick birch multi-ply shelves finished in black laminate with the wood edges visible.
It is constructed around 70 cm wide modules available individually or as a set of 3. These modules may be multiplied as desired with 2 height options (88 or 170 cm) and are joined together with linking-pieces each bearing Pierre Paulin's stamp.
Units purchased as a set of 3 modules include shelves that span the full width (210 cm) as one piece. Internal dimensions of each 'chest': H 38 W 33.3 D 33 cm. MAX RECOMMENDED LOAD PER SHELF: 25 KG. BOOKSHELF MUST BE FIRMLY FIXED TO A WALL TO PREVENT IT TIPPING FORWARDS.
